The worst might be over in Paris, as the Mayor of Aulnay-sous-Bois says. Or it might not be. Impossible to tell, really. But even if it is, how long before something else happens? France never collapses all at once. The Vikings raided down the Seine a dozen times or more before the Carolingians made Normans out of them. This could be the beginning of that, or it could simply be the 1871 Paris Commune all over again. Or, something else altogether.
